Coffee lowers the risk of prostate & breast cancer risk? Really?
Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 5:07PM Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health said "men who drink coffee on a daily basis are around 20 to 60 percent less likely to develop any form of the disease—with a higher intake linked to a lower risk.
The men least likely to develop lethal prostate cancer were those drinking six or more cups of coffee a day, but even those drinking no more than three cups a day lowered the risk by 30 percent, the 12-year study found."
I looked around and found some more little tidbits for you to read. Interesting if true but I do not think I want to hang out with 12 cups of coffee a day guy. Both cancers have effected so many people we all love so if it is important to know anything that may help the fight. Study are mixed for the effects for women. I posted that finding on the last link.
